We are recruiting a Night Guest Service Manager to support our night teams.

Duties and responsibilities for the Night Guest Service  Manager include but are not limited to:

  • You will ensure that night audit procedures are adhered to as per company standards.
  • Complete hotel security walks, addressing any H&S or Fire Safety issues are reported and addressed.
  • Carry out company evacuation procedures in the event of a fire alarm.
  • Leadership and management of the nights team
  • Providing general customer service to ensure that every guest is satisfied with their stay.
  • Reception duties of check-in/out, answering telephone calls and other guest requests that may arise.

What are we looking for in a Night guest Service Manager?

  • A positive individual that is excited to be part of a fun Team
  • Driven to deliver results.
  • Can do attitude and a good level of spoken and written English.
  • Minimum 2 years in a front office role in a similar property
