We are looking for an efficient Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team here at St Ermin’s Hotel.

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will deliver warm, gracious, individual service to every guest following the St. Ermin’s guidelines and procedures as well as the Marriott standards.  Embracing and displaying the St Ermin’s culture of Fun, Love and Energy.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and inspire the team on delivery the new guest journey.
  • Responsible for managing and developing the reception team members.
  • Drive the team to achieve KPIs set for the department.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis.
  • Attend HOD meetings and any other internal meetings in the absence of the FOHM.
  • Is expected to carry out any reasonable requests given by the management.
  • To be familiar with:
    - the hotel’s Fire Procedures
    - the hotel’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
    - the hotel’s facilities and outlets
    - the hotel’s operation standards and departmental procedures
