An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team at our exciting new property, Zedwell Knightsbridge, opening in mid-February.

About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Zedwell Knightsbridge, ensuring all visitors receive a warm and professional reception. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating front desk activities, such as handling calls, managing reservations, and providing exceptional guest services.
  • Acting as a positive and dynamic representative of our team.
  • Resolving guest inquiries and complaints with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Ultimately, you will help us provide a seamless and friendly guest experience at our new property.

What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, vibrant personality excited to join a fun and dynamic team.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar Front Office role.
  • A valid Security Licence (required for this role).
