About the role, what will I be doing?

 

·        To be fully aware of all Reception/Cashier’s procedures and manual procedures should the computer crash and have OPERA knowledge.

·        Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift affording maximum cover on the desk at all times, making sure that all meal breaks are taken.

·        Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIP’s and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.

·        Ensure the hotel’s credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.

·        Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedure and co-ordination of training.

·        Ensure that all guests are met at Reception with courtesy and that any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently with guidance from the Reception Management team.
