We’re currently refreshing The Waterfront Hotel to bring a more modern, simplified experience — designed to feel even more welcoming and effortless. Works are underway and we would love you to be part of our new journey!

Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them. Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the hotel. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.

What we’re looking for…

• A smile! Someone who is a people person
• Excellent communications skills with both customers and team members
• The natural urge to be helpful and genuinely friendly
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
• Someone who embraces the Wyboston culture
