Description

We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Front of House team. 

Your main focus will be to support the Resort Front of House Manager in the development and managing of the resort front of house teams.  Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and also supporting the wider team across site. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests and team to have a positive and memorable experience.

  • Excellent communications skills with both customers and team members
  • The natural urge to be helpful and genuinely friendly
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
