JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager for Jollibee Group North America is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies of the Jollibee brand, by identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. This includes recommending new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; measuring marketing effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals of return of investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing the online presence across digital touchpoints and executing cut-through digital marketing activities.

S/he is responsible for the sales channels (online ordering, and 3rd Party Aggregators); generating site traffic; managing the brand/s’ presence on social and search platforms; developing a loyalty program and implementing email marketing efforts. Likewise, s/he is responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Result Area #1: Sales Channel Management

  • Lead Online Ordering channel management including marketing promotions and menu optimization.
  • Lead marketing promotions, offers and campaigns designed to drive sales growth and new user acquisition through digital ordering channels.
  • Manage 3rd Party Aggregator (DoorDash) relationship including marketing promotions and innovation partnerships.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Key Result Area #2: Social and Search Platform Management

  • Design, build, and maintain the brand’s social media presence.
  • Manage the social media calendar, including agency partner relationship for content creation and channel management.
  • Manage the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) of the Jollibee USA and Jollibee Canada websites.
  • Optimize JFC NA (Philippine Brand-Jollibee) presence on independent search and review platforms (Yelp).

Key Result Area # 3:  Email Marketing

  • Manage the expansions of email marketing platform including promotional calendar, content development and post-evaluation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or any equivalent related course.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of progressive and extensive work experience in digital marketing from manufacturing and/or foodservice industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Demonstrated/demonstrable experience leading and managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated/demonstrable experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Physical Effort/Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will:
    • Work 10% on field; 90% in the office. Travel via air or road transportation in the United States and Canadian provinces with Jollibee Group North America (Chowking) presence will be required seldomly.
    • Sit for the majority 80% of the scheduled work shift.
    • Lift, reach, pull, push, grasp and use hands rarely.
    • Bend and/or squat down occasionally.
