We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to help lead our wonderful team in developing the huge potential of a totally amazing high energy business.
The Barn, but not as you know it. We are looking to appoint a new Deputy General Manager to help lead the team at the re-opening of the iconic seafront pub restaurant following a major re-modelling over the winter. DGM will be inducted into the broader business training in other H&W locations in preparation for the Barn to be re-opened in the Spring

- Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
- Diligent about ensuring that routine procedures are followed
- Kitchen trained
- Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Able to commit to support the GM in developing the business and its team to their full potential
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
- A great host who gets a buzz from making people's day
- Able to reliably manage the commute, days, evenings and weekends
- Willing to undertake training at alternative locations prior to the re-opening in Spring 2025

Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high volume branded pub operations with a busy seasonal profile is essential.
