We are recruiting a Deputy General Manager to help lead our fabulous diverse teams in an amazing premium pub.
The Barn - Reborn
Acquired by Hall & Woodhouse in February 2022, the Red Barn sat on the glorious sands at Woolacombe. Quirky and uber cool, generations of holiday makers and surfing locals made the former Red Barn the place to see and be seen. Now part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination pubs, the landmark venue benefits from a magic sprinkle of warm H&W Hospitality; adding great food and drink delivered with 100% guest focus to an already fabulous recipe. Here comes the sun.........
The Barn - Reborn; Following a major investment and restyling this winter we are recruiting now in this amazing pub business.
What you'll get as a DGM with Hall & Woodhouse:

What you'll need to be:
- An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
- Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
- An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
- A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with operational standards and processes
- Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to commit to supporting the GM to build a great team and business
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
- A natural host who loves making people's day
- Flexible and resilient with a solutions-first mindset
