The job in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Food to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead all food strategy and development across the business, ensuring that our food offering is competitive, consistent, and exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food strategy that drives sales and enhances our brand
• Lead a talented team of executive chefs and menu development specialists.
• Drive innovation in food, delivering seasonal and locally inspired menus
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Control and manage food cost, margins, and kitchen performance
• Create and own strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
• Champion sustainability and responsible sourcing

About You:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within a multi-site food business
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable menus
• Passion for great food and knowledge of current food trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
• High standards of food safety and compliance
