As an Assistant Manager, you’ll receive:

We’re looking for someone who can:
support your Manager to drive the coffee shop’s performance and deliver amazing results, including in coffee and food quality, financial accountability, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices.
constantly inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high.
Work with the shop Manager to develop your team. Through coaching & developing, you lead your team to be the best they can be.
Effectively deal with customer feedback, using this as an opportunity to improve performance and operational best practice.
confidently lead the cafe as if it were your own in the absence of your cafe manager.
