As an Assistant Manager, you’ll receive:

• support your Manager to drive the coffee shop’s performance and deliver amazing results, including in coffee and food quality, financial accountability, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices.

• constantly inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high.

• Work with the shop Manager to develop your team. Through coaching & developing, you lead your team to be the best they can be.

• Effectively deal with customer feedback, using this as an opportunity to improve performance and operational best practice.

• confidently lead the cafe as if it were your own in the absence of your cafe manager.
