About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP

Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Reservations Agent

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Be fully conversant with all systems and computer procedures related to Reservations.
  • Answer all telephone calls within three (3) rings and to deal with all calls in a friendly and professional manner and to company standards. 
  • Prioritise any correspondence from the day before and from external guests and clients, to ensure efficient customer service.
  • To be aware of current and future availability on a daily basis, as well as any selling strategy proposed by Revenue with its restrictions.
  • Be up to date with all short and long term promotions available at the hotel
  • Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible.
  • Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times

What we are looking for?

  • OPERA knowledge
  • Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial
  •  Prior experience in a similar role

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
