Assistant Reservations Manager
Mission: This role is essential in maximizing room revenue, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Revenue & Sales: Maximize room sales and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while adhering to revenue strategies.
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Reservations & Groups team, ensuring productivity and performance.
· Operational Excellence: Oversee booking accuracy, implement quality standards, and drive process improvements.
· Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service, handle guest requests, and drive repeat business.
We seek:
· Opera knowledge
· 1/2 year in experience in similar position
· Positive attitude and good communication skills
· Good organizational and administration skills
