Mission
As a Switchboard / Guest Service Line Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through our telephone systems, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally while striving for total guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities – Operational Excellence
• Manage all guest requests via telephone, ensuring prompt and personalised service
• Anticipate guest needs and enhance their stay experience
• Promote hotel services and destination experiences, applying up-selling and cross-selling techniques
• Handle customer incidents in line with established protocols
• Manage high volumes of emails, reports and administrative tasks accurately
• Use departmental systems and tools efficiently
• Monitor and support Voice of the Customer improvement actions
• Ensure correct documentation and follow operational procedures
What we’re looking for
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage)
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
