We’re looking for a friendly, organized Reservation Agent who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll handle bookings, answer guest questions, and support the front office team when needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels
  • Update bookings, handle changes, and process cancellations
  • Provide clear info about rooms, rates, and hotel services
  • Keep an eye on availability and help optimize bookings
  • Work closely with the front office and housekeeping team
  • Step in to support Reception when it gets busy
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, guest request and anything else that comes up!

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Flexible availability is appreciated, including weekends and holidays.
