Are you a people’s person?
Longing to be apart of a vibrant team?
Do you want to put in the work to see change and opportunity happen?
There’s a buzz in the air at Watergate Bay Hotel, Another Place hotels collection and SeaSpace. This year we’re expanding our horizons with a new hotel and hospitality offerings opening across the UK. It’s a time of inspiring visions, growth and career-boosting opportunities – and we’d love you to be part of it.
To help us bring this next stage to life, we’re on the lookout for a new Group reservations supervisor with organisational prowess and next-level communication skills. As a desk-based role, computer skills are vital. You’ll need to quickly learn the ropes of our reservation software, fluently navigate all of our online systems.
A level-headed people person, with bags of energy and warmth, you’ll introduce guests to our ever-evolving experiences – and we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.
You’ll support in managing all aspects of the reservations team. To keep improving how we do things, you’ll liaise with senior team, helping train new team members and assist with refresher training for other departments.
You’ll ideally have experience working in a similar people-managing reservationist or senior reservationist position, bringing your initiative and cool head to meet high-pressure situations.
Alongside your teammates in reservations, you’ll be the first port of call on the phone, email and live chat, and will navigate our reservation software and systems with confidence. Relaxed, dynamic and never scripted, you’ll personify our brand, using your authentic and professional manner to help shape the holidays of new and returning guests.
A multifaceted role, this position gives you the opportunity to stretch your people management, leadership and customer service skills. It’s a think-on-your-feet, high-energy position, but we maintain a relaxed and supportive environment to help you keep a clear head and a bright outlook.
Balance is at the heart of everything we do – so this role comes with flex too. Whether you choose to spend your week working with your team from our new offices at The Hangar – full of natural light, good food and proper coffee from our friends at Cubs – or you prefer to work from home, you can find a blend that works for you, with just one day a week minimum in the office.
We're all about building our teams to feel like part of our family, investing in you for the long term. With us you’ll benefit from training and development opportunities to stoke your potential; as well as chances to build your understanding of our brand experiences with discounted stays across our UK hotels, from the Lake District fells and the west coast of Scotland to the North Cornish shoreline.
Our working hours are from 08.00–17.15, with a rota from Monday to Sunday. We also offer our team guaranteed days off over the Christmas period, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Whether it’s the people who bring our philosophy of active relaxation to life, the ocean, the mountains, the skies, the food and drink… our hotels bring more to life. You’ll be a big part of the picture, helping meet our guests’ high expectations and delivering a service that just keeps getting better.
Come to us with a commitment to your role and you’ll discover a team with a shared outlook on life, where friendship, connection, flexibility, variety and challenge make every working day rewarding.

We believe happiness can come from the simplest of things: being with the people who matter, having a moment to relax, feeling the fresh air on your face or sharing good food and good conversation.
It’s helping guests find those moments of happiness, away from the complications of the everyday that makes us who we are, draws the right people to us and sees them go far.
