We are looking for a Reservations Sales Agent to join our Reservation Team  @Broadwick Soho.

As a Reservation Sales Agent at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

Why You?

As a Reservation Sales Agent you will be handling a variety of room and restaurants reservation requests, ensuring all guest profiles and preferences are correctly noted in Opera/REVINATE and communicated to the operations team to foster guest satisfaction and repeat business. 

You will contribute to the growth of the accommodation and food & beverage business, maximising occupancy, and revenue, through initiative-taking selling and effectively converting enquiries into sales.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

You will work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.


What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure 
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service 
  • Your charisma, individuality and positive energy  
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team 
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends
