The Inn Collection Group are a multi award winning pubs with rooms Company across Northern England and North Wales and as part of our continued growth and expansion, we are searching for another team member to join the Central Reservations Team. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit busy team, who pride themselves on their impeccable customer service levels and who are willing to always go that extra mile.

The successful candidate will:

  • Respond to enquiries via telephone and e-mail.
  • Make room reservations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work flexible shift patterns and weekends. Monday – Sunday (9am-8pm).
  • Have previous hotel related experience in hotel software and their functionalities (desired but not essential)
  • Be highly motivated with a focus on customer service.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • IT literate.
  • Possess strong organisational skills.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance and work area.
  • Report to Reservations Manager.

The salary for this position will depend on experience. 

The position is full time permanent and holiday entitlement is based on a 5-day working week, which will include weekends.

This position will be based at Head Office (Quorum Business Park. NE12 8BU).

There will be a 5-week training period based at Head Office (Quorum Business Park).
