We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender/ ess for The Residence at The Londoner. This is an exclusive area for Londoner guests to visit, which includes a collection of three beautifully designed spaces for our Residents to use including our private Whisky Room.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join The Residence at The Londoner as Head Bartender.
Role of Head Bartender aims to achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
Current in-depth knowledge of the London restaurant liquor trends with an extensive knowledge of high end and rare whiskies.
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and precision all times.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
