We are currently recruiting for The Residence Head Waiter/ ess at The Londoner. The Residence is a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests’ every work and leisure needs.

 Overview:

• A rare opportunity has arisen to join The Residence at The Londoner as a Head Waiter/ess.
• As a Head Waiter/ess you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant and bar through upselling and excellent customer service.
• You will be responsible for directing the Bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
• Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.

 About You:

• In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous.
• To be considered for this role of Head Waiter/ess you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Current supervisory experience within a similar environment.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision at all times.
