We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Londoner, the role is for The Residence - a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests’ every work and leisure needs.

Overview:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee daily operations within The Residence, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
  • Manage team allocations, service flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout all Residence spaces.
  • Support the delivery of food and beverage service to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Drive guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services teams.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance development for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Lounge Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, premium hospitality venue, or private members' club.
  • Outstanding guest service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
