We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Team Member to join our team at the Queens Hotel. As a key part of our team, you will have the opportunity to create memorable and personalised experiences for our guests, always being ready to assist whenever needed.

Previous experience in a similar F&B environment is preferred, but don't worry – full training and ongoing development will be provided. Your passion for delivering exceptional service will shine through in everything you do, from ensuring high-quality standards to delivering that extra touch that makes every guest's experience special.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas.
