An amazing opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the opening team at our beautiful new Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Dartmouth.

Rockfish, led by Mitch Tonks, founder and CEO, is a unique seafood business that catches, processes and serves local seafood at 11 restaurants (soon to be more) across Devon and Dorset. Mitch is one of the leading and most credible voices in seafood in the UK.

As a General Manager, you will:

· Have demonstrable experience at Assistant Manager or General Manager level

· Love people, great seafood, and the coast as much as we do
