About the Role
As a General Manager, you will:
Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Manage budgets, deliver KPIs, meet and exceed NPS targets
Demonstrate and be a role model of our incredible Rockfish culture
Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
