About the Role

As a General Manager at Rockfish, you will:

• Lead your restaurant with confidence, warmth and a people-first mindset
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently strong NPS results
• Manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance with commercial awareness
• Role‑model our culture, values and commitment to sustainability
• Mentor, develop and inspire your team, supporting clear career progression
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding seafood dining
• Drive standards, safety and service excellence every day
