Manager in Training

This fantastic opportunity is open for someone looking to learn and progress within Restaurant Management. If you have been working within hospitality for over a year and looking for the next step, this could be for you.

We would want you to be passionate about customer service, and hospitality and be able to share your enthusiasm through amazing service levels. You’ll be consistent, reliable and excited about being part of a happy and supportive team. 

As a Manager in Training front of house experience is essential. You will be experienced at working in busy restaurants and will be able to work under pressure. You will support the General Manager and the management team in the day to day running of the restaurant, have great people skills and be an intuitive person always thinking about what to do next. Your training will cover all areas of the restaurant and you will be expected to work on the floor as well as running shifts, hosting, opening and closing the business and ensuring your customers and your team are always happy.
