This role is suitable for an experienced barista and bar team member who thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You must have a passion for all things F&B related, be prepared to do things differently and think outside of the box.
The role will be responsible for;
➔ Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks and all drinks from the bar that meet quality standards
➔ Properly handle and maintain all equipment
➔ Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
➔ Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
➔ Serve customers quickly and efficiently
➔ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
➔ Observe relevant health and safety standards
➔ Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
Skills required;
➔ Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
➔ Strong ability to multi-task
➔ Ability to problem solve quickly
➔ Strong customer service and communication skills
➔ Ability to follow directions
➔ Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English
➔ Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to forge and maintain strong relationships with customers, members, and team members alike
➔ Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends
➔ A competitive salary up to £13 per hour
