Restaurant Supervisor

Description

Restaurant Supervisor

Welcome to AT Feast – an all-day neighbourhood café and bar, where the joy of good food, drink and company come together. We’re part of b_together, the most fabulous of family destinations where you can play, work, eat and relax (or try the cocktails) – we’ll take care of the rest.

Our menu is simple, nutritious, locally sourced and made with love - a bit like home, but better. Our dishes take inspiration from around the world, adding our own twist – it’s like you remember it… but different.

We work with suppliers who are local, sustainable or regenerative, and truly believe in putting the planet first.

Whatever the reason, people are at the heart of why we do what we do, and we need an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to take the reins and lead our team to the next level. If you’re up for the challenge, we’re expecting somebody who’s hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys having a good natter with our guests. We embrace creativity and love somebody who thinks outside the box.

If you fancy jumping on board and making a positive impact on the planet, whilst also having a great time, we'd love to hear from you. Come help us shake things up and create an unforgettable experience for our guests!

The role will be responsible for:

➔ Opening and closing the Restaurant

➔ Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints

➔ Delivering in the moment coaching to the team as well as regular individual and group training sessions to ensure service standards are maintained

➔ Identifying on-trend F&B offerings and making suggestions based on analysed sales mixes and discussing with the General Manager

➔ Carry out a monthly stock take of all F&B items in conjunction with the Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure that weekly line checks/ daily line checks are implemented if stock variances occur over and above the agreed level

Skills required:

➔ You will have worked within a high-end casual dining environment where service standards are paramount

➔ The capability to seamlessly support the Management team with running the multi areas within the business on a daily basis

➔ Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

➔ Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to forge and maintain strong relationships with customers, members, and team members alike
