Contracted Hours : 40 hours per week (Must be able to work weekends)

The Role
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the centre of our hospitality experience, crafting drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service. You’ll work across our elegant bar and lounge areas, supporting restaurant and event service when required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and providing professional bar service
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining bar stock levels and ensuring proper storage and rotation
  • Setting up and closing down the bar in line with operational standards
  • Assisting with events, private functions, and room service as needed
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and a confident communicator
  • Passionate about mixology, hospitality, and great guest service
  • Reliable, flexible, and happy to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A strong team player with great attention to detail
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided
