Your Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the F&B manager in delivering seamless service across our restaurant, bar, lounge, events and room service operations. You will lead by example on the floor, inspiring your team to provide warm, attentive and memorable service for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day F&B operations to ensure exceptional service standards

  • Lead, motivate and train team members

  • Support rotas, stock control and cash handling procedures

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing legislation

  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

  • Assist with onboarding and developing new starters

  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards across all outlets

About You
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Team Leader in hospitality

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service

  • Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences

  • Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
