Step into the spotlight as Breakfast Supervisor at The Store, Oxford.
Here’s what the role is all about:
You will play a vital role in guiding sensational culinary experiences for our guests during what is arguably the most important meal of the day. By setting the positive tone for every guest’s breakfast experience, you will help contribute towards ensuring the success of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
The role contains everything you might expect, including welcoming guests into the restaurant, providing outstanding service, and answering any queries and questions our guests may have. You will provide visible leadership and support to management and the rest of the team. You will anticipate the needs of guests and will ensure operations run smoothly by communicating effectively to the teams and guests. You will elevate our customer journey, effectively controlling the flow of guests, and be responsible for continually checking that guest service standards are set, implemented, and monitored in line with set standards.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar hospitality environment and be fully committed to delivering outstanding service.
This role covers weekends as bank holidays.
We will consider full time (6am-3pm) or part time (6am-12pm). We are looking for someone exceptional, reliable and friendly and who can get here for an early start.
