• Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team during service
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff

• Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally

• Support the planning and organisation of service across restaurant, bar or events areas
• Ensure correct setup and presentation of service areas
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Ensure health & safety, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained

• Support compliance with licensing regulations

This role covers weekdays, evenings and weekends as well as bank holidays.
