We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Back to join our bar team. Supporting our bartenders, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career within luxury hospitality.

• Support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.

• Prepare and replenish ice, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service.

• Collect, wash, and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards.

• Keep the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and well maintained.

• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries in line with stock procedures.

• Help with setting up and closing down the bar each day.

• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Good attention to detail and organisation.

• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
