We are looking for a dedicated Early Morning Restaurant Cleaner to join our team and help ensure our restaurants and dining areas are clean, fresh, and beautifully presented before the start of each day's service.

This is an important role within our operation, working behind the scenes to ensure our restaurants are ready to welcome guests from the moment they open.

Hours: 5:00am – 9:00am

• Clean and maintain restaurant and dining areas to a consistently high standard.

• Ensure floors are vacuumed, mopped, and free from dirt and debris.

• Clean tables, chairs, surfaces, windows, and other areas as required.

• Clean and maintain restaurant entrances, corridors, and associated areas.

• Ensure toilets and guest facilities are clean and fully presented where required.

• Remove rubbish and ensure waste areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Complete all required cleaning duties before the restaurant opens for service.

• Ensure all restaurant areas are presented to luxury hospitality standards.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.

• Report maintenance issues, damage, or anything requiring attention promptly.

• Work closely with the Restaurant and Housekeeping teams to ensure the restaurant is ready for guests.

• Support with additional cleaning duties when required.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• High standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Reliable, hardworking, and professional.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work efficiently within an early morning timeframe.

• Takes pride in ensuring areas are clean and ready for guests.

• Flexible and willing to support the wider team when required.

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

• Working hours of 5:00am – 9:00am.
