The Role

As part of our Waiting Staff team, you will be at the forefront of The NICI experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining moments for our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping shape the standard of luxury hospitality in Newquay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, polished, and personalised service to all guests

• Present menus, offer recommendations, and assist with dietary requirements

• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service etiquette

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless experiences

• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team environment

About You

• Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end casual service is preferred

• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive
