The Role
We’re seeking an ambitious Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at The NICI Newquay, from pre-opening to ongoing operations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, building a high-performing team, and achieving commercial success across restaurants, bars, and events.
This is an opportunity to shape the culinary and service identity of one of the UK’s most anticipated hotel openings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all F&B pre-opening initiatives, including staffing, training, menu rollout, and service setup
Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and events operations, ensuring a seamless, premium guest experience
Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing F&B team, cultivating a culture of warmth, style, and service excellence
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and other department heads to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency
Manage budgets, stock, supplier relationships, and revenue performance
Champion innovation in food and beverage concepts while maintaining financial and operational discipline
Monitor guest feedback and continuously enhance service delivery standards
About You
Proven experience as an F&B Manager in luxury or lifestyle hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants
Pre-opening experience highly desirable
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially savvy with a passion for guest experience and hospitality trends
Energetic, forward-thinking, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment
