The Role...

We are looking for a passionate F&B Attendant to join our team at The Deck, situated in the Aqua Club.  

We are looking for someone that can:

• Show passion to deliver exceptional food quality and service
• Balance personality, character and professionalism seamlessly
• Take accurate orders
• Be open for key development opportunities such as Barista training.
• Deliver food and drink in a professional manner to the table
• Check back with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
• Communicate with customers to ensure any complaints are resolved satisfactorily
• Clear and relay tables and keep the restaurant areas looking pristine
• Can work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends 
• Show strong communication skills

Salary and Contract...

This position is offered on a permanent contract, working 30 hours per week over 4 days. This role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings, weekends and bank holidays. 

This roles requires applicants to be aged 18 and over due to the serving of alcohol. If you have what it takes to join a vibrant, multi award winning hotel such as The Headland, we would love to hear from you.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
