The Role...
We are looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Restaurant Manager who can assist in delivering exceptional standards of guest satisfaction. You will have demonstrable skills in leading and supporting a team and a passion for 5* service and delivering extraordinary experiences.
As a strong team player you will have the ability to motivate, inspire, coach and support our team in conjunction with our Restaurant Manager to improve and develop to their full potential.
Our ideal candidate will...
- Ideally have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role within a similar luxury, busy dining establishment.
- Have excellent organisational skills of self and others.
- Be pro-active and good at problem solving, with the ability to manage staff ratios and deliver consistent standards.
- Set and communicate realistic yet stretching goals with our Deck Restaurant Manager for the Restaurant team.
- Ensure an exemplary Restaurant service is delivered without fail to a 5 star criteria.
- Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment.
Salary and Contract...
This is a permanent, full time position based on a 45 hour working week, working 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
