The Role

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in The Deck. Nestled in the AquaClub, The Deck is a relaxed sanctuary serving everything from poolside brunches to candlelit dinners. We showcase the very best of Cornwall—from Newquay Harbour crab to locally brewed beers and premium handcrafted cocktails—creating a space where guests can unwind and refuel after a day on the coast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Elevating the Experience: Delivering food and drinks with professional flair and seamlessly balancing character with professionalism.
• Guest Connection: Taking accurate orders, checking back with guests, and resolving any feedback or complaints with a warm, solution-focused attitude.
• Pristine Standards: Clearing and relaying tables to ensure our dining spaces look immaculate at all times.
• Growing Your Skills: Staying open to fantastic development opportunities, including professional Barista training.

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for high-quality food, drink, and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This opportunity is for a 40 hour per week contract working 5 days out of 7.
