Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation requests, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room types, and special offers.
• Communicate with other departments to arrange special requests or assist with any guest requirements.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to each guest, ensuring their journey begins with excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a reservations or front-office role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple reservations seamlessly.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalized, high-quality service.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera) is advantageous.
