We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Reservations to lead our reservations department and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.

As Head of Reservations, you will oversee all aspects of the reservations function, ensuring seamless processes, optimal revenue management, and the highest levels of personalized service. You will inspire and develop your team, building a culture of excellence, efficiency, and discretion, aligned with Bvlgari’s standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Reservations team, ensuring service is consistently professional, warm, and efficient.
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic inventory management, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, travel partners, and internal departments.
  • Implement and monitor procedures to ensure accuracy in bookings, guest profiles, and billing.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on reservations performance, identifying opportunities to enhance both service and profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional pre-arrival experiences that reflect the exclusivity of the Bvlgari brand.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel reservations or front-of-house operations.
  • Strong knowledge of reservations systems (Opera / Marsha preferred) and revenue management practices.
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with discerning international guests.
