Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, Bvlgari Hotel London is an elegant urban retreat renowned for its contemporary design, refined service and discreet luxury. Since opening in 2012, the hotel has set new benchmarks in the London luxury hospitality market, combining Italian heritage with exceptional five‑star standards.

We are seeking an Assistant Revenue and Reservations Manager to join our Revenue and Reservations team, supporting the strategic optimisation of room revenue while ensuring the effective day‑to‑day management of reservations operations.

Working closely with the Director of Revenue, this role plays a key part in analysing market trends, managing inventory and distribution channels, and supporting pricing and forecasting strategies to maximise revenue performance. You will also work alongside the Reservations team to ensure high standards of commercial awareness, service delivery and operational accuracy are consistently maintained.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset balanced with a collaborative and hands‑on approach. You will liaise closely with Sales, Front Office, Finance and other operational teams, contributing to informed commercial decision‑making while ensuring guest expectations and brand standards remain at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of revenue and pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
  • Analysing performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR and occupancy to identify opportunities and risks
  • Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Supporting the management of room inventory and availability across all distribution channels
  • Collaborating with the Reservations team to ensure effective sales approaches, training and system accuracy
  • Monitoring and maintaining PMS, RMS and third‑party distribution platforms
  • Producing reports and insights for senior management to support strategic decision‑making
  • Working closely with Sales and Operations to align commercial strategies and maximise market performance

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in revenue management, reservations or a similar analytical role within a luxury or five‑star hotel environment. You will demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and confidence working with revenue systems and property management platforms.

You will be highly organised, detail‑driven and able to work effectively under pressure, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of Opera and revenue management systems is highly desirable.
