Where Luxury Meets Lifestyle.

Welcome to ME London, a destination where avant-garde design, luxury hospitality, and bold innovation converge in the heart of the city. As part of Meliá Hotels International, our five-star flagship property is now seeking a dynamic and commercially sharp Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and distribution strategy and help us stay ahead in one of the world’s most competitive hotel markets.

 Your Mission:

To maximise revenue, profitability, and RevPAR by developing and executing strategic pricing decisions across all market segments and distribution channels. You will be the key driver of commercial performance, partnering closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams — while having autonomy to make real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-segment pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA.
  • Daily oversight and management of Duetto’s pricing rules and tactical adjustments by market segment and room type.
  • Monitor production across GDS, IDS, brand.com, direct bookings, and other key channels.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly forecasts and budgets, aligning with departmental heads to create actionable strategies.
  • Champion OTA disintermediation by optimising direct channels and loyalty programs.
  • Leverage tools including Duetto, Opera Cloud, Power BI, and Harmony to drive high-accuracy forecasting and insightful reporting.
  • Prepare and lead compelling presentations for senior leadership and business review meetings.
  • Oversee group and event revenue quoting process to ensure alignment with overall hotel strategy.
  • Support M&E, marketing, and sales teams with strategic insights and pricing guidance.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in revenue management role within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.

·         Expertise in Duetto, Power BI, Opera Cloud, and other revenue management systems.

·         Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical modelling skills (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, array formulas).

·         In-depth knowledge of the London hotel market and competitive positioning strategies.

·         Strong character with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across departments.

·         Experience in a branded or international hotel group (preferred but not essential).

  Why ME London?

  • Be part of a global brand known for cutting-edge hospitality and experiential luxury.
  • Work in an award-winning hotel with bold architecture, vibrant culture, and iconic guests.
  • Enjoy a competitive package: salary negotiable DOE, 10% bonus, and hybrid work flexibility.
  • Access to career development, global mobility, and employee perks across Melias portfolio.
