We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst to support two of our  London hotels; COMO The Halkin & COMO Metropolitan London, working closely with the Director of Revenue  to maximise revenue, market share, and profitability.  

This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly shape pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies, driving profitability and enhancing guest value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the development and execution of revenue management strategies across both hotels.
  • Monitor daily pick-up, demand patterns, and market trends to optimise pricing and inventory.
  • Prepare and analyse business performance reports, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategy reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to drive RevPAR and GOP growth.
  • Ensure systems (PMS, CRS, OTA extranets) are optimised and data integrity is maintained.
  • Load & maintain accurate rates and inventory to promote rate parity and implement effective strategies and restrictions

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in revenue, reservations, or hotel analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, RMS tools, and hotel systems (Opera Cloud/IDeaS/STR knowledge beneficial).
  • Commercially driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Confident communicator, able to present data and insights clearly.
