What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement dynamic pricing for rooms, F&B, and ancillary services to maximise revenue and competitiveness
  • Market Intelligence:  Monitor demand trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform agile decision-making.
  • Channel Management: Optimise performance across OTAs, GDS, direct booking platforms, and third-party partners, ensuring rate parity and brand consistency.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:  Deliver accurate forecasts, performance reports, and revenue analytics to support strategic planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align revenue strategies with broader business goals.
  • Team Enablement: Train and support hotel teams in revenue management systems and best practices, ensuring consistent execution across all platforms.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in systems like Opera, Opera Cloud, IDeaS, SynXis or similar
  • Deep understanding of digital distribution, pricing models, and market dynamics
  • Excellent coomunication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple properties
