What you'll be doing:
- Maintain accurate hotel
content, rates, and availability across all distribution platforms (OTAs,
GDS, brand.com).
- Rate loading on all platforms
- Support hotel openings by
setting up systems, channels, and connections.
- Monitor performance of
distribution channels and recommend optimisations.
- Collaborate with Revenue and
Sales teams to implement promotions and offers.
- Liaise with PMS, CRS, and
Channel Manager providers for troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Ensure parity and consistency
of rates, inventory, and content across all platforms.
- Prepare regular distribution
performance reports.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in hotel
distribution, reservations, revenue, or e-commerce (1–3 years).
- Familiarity with Channel
Managers, CRS, PMS, Opera V5/Cloud and OTA extranets.
- Experience in SynXis is critical
- Strong analytical and
organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple
projects and hotel openings simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; French or
Italian is desirable
- A passion for hospitality,
digital distribution, and hotel technology.
