We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team.
We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a brand new, purpose built, state of the art facility at Richmond Harbour Hotel; Richmonds' only spa hotel.
As Spa Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile.
You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1 years in a hotel or spa reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
This is a full time role, of 40 hours per week in line with Spa Opening Hours.
Offering £10.50 to £11.50 per hour, depending on experience.
