The role…
We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa and leisure offering within a vibrant, fast-paced environment that seamlessly blends a members’ club with hotel guests.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a premium spa setting, with a strong understanding of both spa and gym operations, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding treatments and wellness experiences. You will be confident managing a diverse clientele, ensuring an elevated and personalised service.
Commercially astute, you will drive revenue through treatments, memberships, and retail, while effectively managing budgets and supporting the continued growth of the spa. Experience with luxury brands such as TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS, alongside NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications, will be highly advantageous.
