What will I be responsible for?

As a Room Attendant you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring our bedrooms and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to company standards.
• Ensuring all rooms are presented beautifully and ready to welcome guests.
• Replenishing guest supplies, amenities and linen as required.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintaining outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
• Managing your daily workload efficiently while meeting productivity targets.
• Following all health, safety and security procedures.
• Working closely with colleagues across the Housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Taking pride in creating a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for.
