Front Office Manager
Richmond Hill Hotel

Description

Richmond Hill Hotel, London’s Gateway to Nature

We’re looking for an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team at Richmond Hill Hotel, an independent Georgian gem overlooking London’s greenest borough. Just a stone’s throw from the royal park, we’re where city buzz meets leafy calm.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and their warmth, energy and creativity have earned us a place on The Sunday Times’ and The Caterer’s lists of top industry employers.

Our culture? Award-winning, progressive, and delightfully independent. The building might be historic, but our thinking isn’t. We’re refreshingly free-spirited, and we like to do things differently, from our paint to our people. Here, being yourself isn’t just encouraged, it’s essential.

We believe real luxury is found in thoughtful touches, genuine care, and attention to detail. That is what can make guests feel truly special.

What’s in it for you…
  • Competitive salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience), plus a monthly service charge of approximately £400 and a 15% annual bonus.
  • access to hundreds of online perks & discounts
  • free health cashback plan for you and your family
  • BUPA health care cover
  • 33 holiday allowance
  • salary sacrifice schemes to help you buy a bike, laptop, or gym membership.
  • free use of our onsite gym, meals on duty and parking on site
  • bespoke career development through internal and external training schemes
  • Refer a friend scheme, with up to £500 incentive
  • Hotel recognition Programme including our Employee of the Month and Manager of the Quarter awards, long service awards, rewards payments
  • flexible working patterns, as well as much more…
Is this Front Office Manager role right for me?

At Richmond Hill, we don’t just check guests in, we set the tone for their entire stay. From that first “hello” to the final “see you soon,” our Front Office team makes every moment count.

As Front Office Manager, you’ll lead this brilliant bunch, inspiring, coaching and championing your team to deliver the warm, personal service we’re known for. You’ll spot opportunities to make each stay more special, handle challenges with calm confidence, and ensure the front desk runs like clockwork.

This isn’t just another hotel management role, it’s your chance to shape the heartbeat of our guest experience and create memories that last long after checkout.

A day in your world
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your Front Office team to deliver standout service
  • Oversee Reception, Night and Guest Services operations – smooth, seamless and always guest-focused
  • Handle enquiries and feedback with warmth and professionalism
  • Track guest satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, always seeking ways to grow and improve
  • Partner with other departments to make the guest journey effortless
  • Manage rotas, payroll, training and development for your team
  • Uphold the highest standards in service, compliance and safety
What we’re looking for…
  • A natural people person with a genuine love for hospitality
  • Someone who brings their best, most authentic self to work
  • A creative problem solver
  • A dynamic, positive energy that lifts the room and inspires the team
If this sounds like a role you could get excited about, we would love to hear from you!
